My Journey Continues....

After a challenging year in which I have experience the lowest of lows with the passing of my husband last May and my father in January of this year, it is time for my journey to continue.  Losing loved ones, especially a spouse at a young age, provides the opportunity to really look at the question "What do I want?" It takes some time for the fog of grief to clear, but I have come to clarity now.

I have lived in Canada for 22 years.  The last seven years were spent here in the Okanagan Valley and they were wonderful years for my husband, our dog Cassie and me.  This house is full of happy memories and loving energy.  But what do I want next?  I want to make my home once again in the UK.  There I will be close to siblings, nephews, nieces and other family members.  I will actually be able to regularly join in family celebrations for the first time in 22 years!

But it is not just about being close to family.  I also want to have the opportunity to work with a remarkable organization call the Odyssey Cancer Care Centre.  My friends Daisa, Tom and Richard are the founders of the Odyssey.  And they are embarking on a new phase of development there with plans for construction of a custom designed building to enable them to serve many more people affected by a cancer diagnosis, both patients and their care givers. I believe that I can be of service in the Odyssey's development and look forward to helping share the load with Daisa, Tom and Richard.

I have found a lovely little town to live, perfectly located for the various places that I want to be able to easily reach.  And it just remains now to find a family in Kelowna who can see themselves happily living in my lovely house in Black Mountain.

Whoever lives here next, I wish them as much happiness as my husband and I have enjoyed here with Cassie.

Packing for the sale of your home?

Packing up some of the clutter from your home before you move, makes sense!

Buyers begin to look more closely at your home when they are ready to make an offer.  Storage is one of the top items on a buyers list. By preparing your home for sale and making it more neat, clean and orderly creates a spacious feeling for the buyer.

When you list your home with me, I offer a solution to depersonalize and unclutter your home.  Pack N Stack. I offer you 10 free trial boxes to pack away your personal items and organize your home for sale.

They deliver.... You pack, stack and move and they pick up again.  Have you ever thought about going green when you move?

Pack-n-stack is the alternative to cardboard and makes moving simpler.  No need to frantically find cardboard boxes and then dispose of them. The crush proof design makes storage a breeze and protects your valuables.

Go Green with Dean!  Sell your home with me and I am offering this Pack-n-stack service complimentary.
